By downloading and using the Samsaram mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions provided by Xoolweby Lab.

Important: You must be at least 18 years old to use this application. If you are under 18, please stop using the app immediately.

1. User Account & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Samsaram is a platform for audio and video conversations between friends. Misuse of the platform for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

2. User Conduct & Safety

To ensure a safe environment for all users, you agree NOT to:

Record calls or conversations without the explicit consent of the other party.
Use abusive, threatening, or vulgar language during audio/video calls.
Share or display sexually explicit content, harassment, or hate speech.
Attempt to bypass our security features, including the screen-capture blocking system.

Note: Violation of these rules will result in an immediate and permanent ban without refund.

3. Payments & Recharge Policy

Samsaram uses a credit-based calling system.
Manual Recharge: Users must pay via UPI and submit a payment screenshot through the app. Our team will verify the transaction and credit the amount to your account.
All credits purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Ensure that transaction screenshots are clear and valid. Fraudulent submissions will lead to account termination.

4. Data Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store or record your audio/video streams. Our "Screen-Block" technology is active to protect user privacy from unauthorized recordings.

5. Account Deletion

You have the right to terminate your account at any time. This can be done via the 'Report' section in the app by selecting 'Account Deletion'. Once processed, your data will be permanently removed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Samsaram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, although we strive for the highest quality connection.

7. Modifications to Terms

Xoolweby Lab reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
